Bundling Machines

Producing functionally practical packaging, these bundling machines use polyethylene film which covers the top and bottom of the product to secure heavy weight products.

Typically opening with bullseyes on the ends, these packages can include unsteady or unsupported products encased in film, corrugated pads, or in trays.

L Bar Sealer & Heat Tunnel Combo

BBS 4020

This model includes an L-Bar sealer with an attached shrink tunnel. The L-Bar sealer creates a protective bag surrounding the product. The product then passes through the shrink tunnel where heat is applied to shrink the film. The combination of the units allows products to automatically cycle through the machine improving efficiency and output. With one complete frame, both machines work together nicely. It is  easy to move.

Best Application:

The L-Bar sealer and shrink tunnel combo seals a variety of packages, from bottles to boxes. Although, these units are not designed for high speed applications.

Side Seal Wrappers

Side-Sealer
Description:

Side seal shrink wrappers seal products along one side of the package, then separate them into individual packages using a cross seal. Unlike typical L-bar sealers, side seal machines can run random- sized products of any length. Side sealed products do not have seams over and under, giving a clear finish after shrinking.

Best Application:

Food and non-food products of any length where you don’t want to create seams above or below the product.

Shrink Tunnel

Shrink Tunnel

Best Application:

Shrink tunnels are ideal for the retail and food industries because of their ability to seal a variety of packages, from bottles to boxes.

Types of Shrink Tunnels

Shrink Tunnel

Single Chamber Tunnel

  • Single chamber tunnels are ideal for lower speed applications.
Double-Chamber-Tunnels-Forced-Air-Convection

Double Chamber Tunnel

  • Double chamber tunnels contain 2 tunnels and are ideal for medium speed applications.
Shrink-Tunnel-air-Triple-Chamber-Tunnels

L Bar Sealers

L-Bar Sealer
Description:

L-bar sealers are table top machines designed to secure packages using shrink film. Shrink film covers loosely around a product and shrinks tightly when heat is applied.

Simply insert the product on the table, then press down the sealing bar. The element wire will seal the edge and cut off the film. Shrink wrappers require a heat shrink tunnel to shrink the film tightly around the package.

Best Application:

Mainly used to wrap individual items such as CDs or meats, but can still be used to package multiple items together.
