Palletizers & Pallet Transfer Stations

An Industrial Palletizer is designed to automatically arrange and stack products or materials onto pallets in a consistent and efficient manner.

Industrial palletizers enhance productivity by replacing manual labor, stacking products or containers onto pallets, with precision. Common applications include palletizing boxes, bags, cartons, and other packaged goods in industries such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, logistics, and manufacturing.

Pallet Transfer Stations are pretty self-explanatory: they remove a load from one pallet and then transfer it to another pallet.

This station acts as an intermediary point where materials can be efficiently transferred, involving processes such as changing pallet types, adjusting load orientations, replacing a broken or rotting pallets, or redirecting materials for specific purposes. Most load transfer stations are larger format machines with a multi-phased sequence of operation.
These machines often find use in food & beverage plants, for use replacing pallets for retail use. They can also be found often in high volume plants that operate on a reusable pallet program with a vendor. This allows the production plant or warehouse to receive and retain the material, while freeing up the pallets for redistribution and/or return to the original vendor.
