Bag-In-Box Machines will automatically erect the carton or case and fill the packaged bags into them.

Typically, there are three types of bag-in-box machines, the conveyor box filler which is used to drop-out the case. Secondly, it can use a cartesian gripper to hold the bags into their designated cases. Thirdly, bag-in-box machines can use a robot spider to clutch the bags and put them into the box. The machine is fitted with a PLC central control system and is user friendly when operating.

Notorious to the pharmaceutical world, blister pack machines are used to pack items such as tablets and capsules.

Mechanical motions clear the way for the development of cavities in the belt material, filling and sealing with the proper materials. Sealing materials can be aluminum or sealed film. This machine utilizes pressure and heat using a dye to form a pocket or a pocket with a plastic sheet. 

Hot and Cold: 

Thermoforming uses clear PVC material, while cold forming uses aluminum-based film. Thermoforming uses heat and isn’t suitable for light-sensitive pharmaceutical medications.
